For the purposes of Makarska 2026, personal data is processed by the tournament organiser, ŽRK Makarska, Europske zajednice 1, Makarska.

Data used

Tournament organisation may involve team, official, contact and player data, as well as schedules, results, top scorers and tournament photographs.

Private team registrations and internal documents are used for tournament organisation and are not intended for full public disclosure.

Public publication

The website may publish schedules, results, standings, top scorers, team names, participant names connected with sporting results and tournament photographs.

A club or parent may ask the organiser to correct or remove published data or a photograph.

Children and parental consent

Before arriving at the tournament, clubs must obtain the necessary parental consent for children's participation.

These consents also cover public use of children's names in a sporting context and publication of photographs taken during the tournament. Obtaining such consent is the club's responsibility, not the organiser's.

Cookies and technical data

The public website uses basic technical files and data required to display content. If analytics, marketing tools or additional cookies are introduced later, this notice must be updated and cookie consent added where required.
